We have over 25 years industry experience sourcing the quality products from Australia’s best producers and suppliers and a wealth of knowledge gleaned from working with Australia’s most accomplished chefs.
We only use meats from trusted suppliers/producers that have been selected to ensure their eating quality and consistency. Many of our meats are from award winning producers and are not available from other local distributors. We work directly with a number of small producers and can provide you with a true paddock to plate service.
